Choosing between visual ads and text ads

Though both the concepts of advertising on social media marketing sites are found effective to attract the visitors to the advertiser’s sites but both of them provide different facilities to the advertisers. And to choose out of these two depends upon the effectiveness of your advertising campaign on the prospective consumers as you are spending a handsome amount on this campaign to make your business successful. Now to decide that which style of advertising on social media marketing will suit you you will have to consider the nature of your product.

If your product is a kind of service or commodity like insurance, financial service etc., then text ads on social media marketing network can be beneficial for you.       According to my experience in advertising. I have seen that various peoples either its Asian or European, they choose visual ads rather than contextual ads because these kind of ads attract users rapidly so I would suggest to visual ads.

      Contextual ads are right as per my opinion. Still visual ads has their own value many of the visitors hate text and they do not have patience to read and understand, but visual ads can easily understand and get into a different dimension with easier content about the visual. Contextual ads are costlier but highly targeted if used properly.

      It depends on the situation. But I believe, generally text ads will get more clicks if positioned properly. This is because image/visual ads are too many these days and people just get tired of ads and will avoid clicking on them.

      Visual ads are powerful than text many times..One can use many basic words or complicated words to pass the message but simply the visual image can place non erasable place in humans mind.       Well if you ask me than on my personal experience i would suggest that Visual Ads are most attractive and can generate more clicks or impression as compare to text based ads its because the thing which more shine will always attack other eyes and its a secret of marketing and your post is very informative regarding this.       Visual Ads attract more people but sometimes text ads work better. I think we should keep experimenting and then should select the right one. 🙂

      I think text images are good because it doesn’t make your page too heavy but at the same time visual ads are better too because they are self explanatory. It puts more impact on audience So definitely its better for marking.

      Text or Visual Advertising depends on business. If you want to get more branding for your business Visual ads is better.

      For social media marketing, I think visual ads are better than text ads as it is more obvious that for a good visibility of your content you need to post visual ads rather than just going for text ads. When you post visual ads you can have vast content posted over it because nowadays In social media marketing contextual linking is very important.More is your content posted the better it is for your chance of higher visibility. So it is important to have large but quality content posted through visual ads.

      A picture speaks more than a 1000 words, however, it won’t work in your stride all the time. 

      A visual ads at times distracts the user or the vistors reading the organic content.

      Text Ads seem subtle yet don’t have that great effect.
