  1. Should I purchase iphone from usa or from india???? The point is that I have to purchase the at&t plan with iphone if i purchase it from USA….Now what’s the best solution:

    1) get iphone from usa and jailbreak it in india to use it with my vodafone connection or
    2) purchase it from India only which is costly too…

    Please provide your suggestion.

      1. dude I didn’t get it….But from US also I don’t get iphone in 200dollars as buying the at&t plan is must…and that too for 2years term…so overall it costs me $600..So what’s you advice now?

  2. Hah, i like the image. I’ve jailbroken my 3GS but i just don’t have much of a reason to jailbreak on the iPhone 4, not yet anyway..

  3. I dont think Apple is going to like this idea! but who cares, it’s our phone and we can do anything we like.

    1. JB was legalized few months back , so we can now legally do whatever we want with our iphone

  4. Just the sweet taste of software freedom is enough for people to jaiilbreak :P, or not.

  5. I’d heard the term to Jailbreak an iPhone before but didn’t know what it meant so thank you for explaining it! It sounds like a really good idea, I’m tempted to buy an iPhone now!

  6. Nice post.. But there is other side of the coin too.. Jailbreak phones can be easily hacked by others and for jailbreak phones updating to new version of iOSes is not easy too.

    1. @ Arif : If you install apps from Cydia , you are not hacked coz they made the JB in the first place , going elsewhere , you can issues with un trusted programs . But overall , JB is a good experience …. unlocks many features of an iOS device

  7. Although Apple don’t like jailbreaking but the most important reason is that it is now officially legal to jailbreak your iphone.
