Of course, all of these are only examples of the personalities that may be necessary, and every business is different. Each of these roles and their characteristics may spill over into other roles; one person may fill two of the roles, or two people may fill one.

As long as you can identify the right people for your specific business needs, you will not have to worry about defining each individual trait that is needed. Your people will always be the most crucial aspect of your company, and they will all bring their own personalities, characteristics, quirks, opinions, and perspectives.       Indeed small business to requires some of the important players who can act as a pillar to our business. One man can not do
      all the task which are meant to be done with their business to make it a successful one.

      Its good to hire people like, manager, a fixer who can fix all the broken links with the customer or any services they
      provide. Manger to look after their business and find the ways to promote their stuff.

      Also its better to hire men according to our budget, over crowding can cost us more and some times we need to pay them
      if our business is not making not so much of money.
