Being an engineer, in fact, a computer science engineer had made me a tech enthusiast by default. With tech conferences being held at every nook and corner of the world every other day, there are a few conferences that I really look forward too. EmTech is one such conference. One may ask what is special about EmTech that makes it unique from the other conferences; the answer is very simple. While most conferences target on current trends and technologies, EmTech 2016 highlights breakthrough technology that will drive the new age global market economy.

EmTech 2016

EmTech is primarily brought to us by MIT Technology Review. EmTech is an iconic and unique platform where the three major tycoons namely technology, business, and culture converge. What makes it more special and interesting for folks like us is that it brings together various business leaders, innovators under the age of 35, entrepreneurs from a different arena, and positive change makers. All of these influential people are very passionate about addressing and answering major global issues. The beauty of technology is that these key speakers, as well as attendees, are not just going to talk about those issues but there is a high opportunity and a wide platform to turn mere ideas into solutions for the same.

Welcome to Emtech 2016

EmTech16 is executed by HT MINT, which is India’s second largest business newspaper. It is published by HT Media Ltd, which is a Delhi-based media group. A noteworthy fact here is that they also publish the Hindustan Times. HT MINT primarily targets readers who are into policy making field and/or business executives. Another remarkable fact is that HT MINT is India’s first newspaper that was published in the Berliner format.

While mostly the MIT Technology Review based conferences occur in U.S, Mint collaborates to launch this platform in India. This is a good news for tech enthusiasts, IT professionals, and bloggers here as this conference will bring together some of the best minds to unravel new and interesting breakthrough technologies. At this platform, I, as a tech enthusiast and a blogger, am hoping forward to witness the emerging technologies that are going to be showcased. With topics like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, 3D printing, Drones, and Smart Cities, I hope this conference has a great potential to change our day-to-day lives for better. Not only this, if you are a budding entrepreneur in the field of technology or any field related to technology, then this conference will also act as an access point to a lot of innovative people and also companies in the globe.

Inspire. Innovate. Collaborate.

With the tagline, “Inspire. Innovate. Collaborate.” this event will be a noteworthy opportunity to for all the young tech minds to take a shufti at the upcoming years. Also, I am looking forward to understand more about the current and future technologies that are bound to likely change the face of business.

Some of the influential speakers are Kunal Shah, Founder and CEO of FreeCharge, Siddhartha Chatterjee, CTO of Persistent Systems, and Arvind Lakshmikumar, Founder and CEO of Tonbo Imaging, among many others. EmTech 2016 is held in Pullman, New Delhi Aerocity on 18-19 March 2016. For more registration visit: http://emtech.livemint.com/registration.
