Infolinks is the best alternative to Adsense really, I use it on my blog, they pay

    • WP Text2ad

Great article but I have an addition…

If you have a WordPress Website then you should give WP Text2ad a try. The big difference with this in-text advertising tool is that you have 100% control of your Ad content and design and therefore control what and how you advertise without annoying your readers.

You can use any type of Video, MP3 Audio, images, banner ads, text or a combination through html.

Also, you can also use it to create interactive articles and insert the multimedia, quiz, survey whatever and help tell the article story without the reader ever having to leave the page following a link.

Its cheap, user friendly and the WordPress.org facebook page gives it a Like too…

    • Webemergence

Does anyone make any money from these in-text advertisers?

    • PrIyAnGsHu

Great list Pradeep. I think you should have also listed LinkVehicle in the list. It’s yet another great text link ad network.

    • Saurabh

These all in-text advertisement decreases a site’s reputation. As this is literally go opposite to what the hyperlinks are actually meant for. It used Infolinks as well as Kontera in my website. My pageviews start decreasing as well as alexa rank increases.
These are not the part of Healthy Blogging!

    • divas@whysogeek

in text links are annoying… I used infolinks for some time, but it was of no use
Can anybody suggest a banner ads service, I dont have adsense approved 🙁

      • Jessie

INFOLINKS is a SCAM!!! I tried it and even introduced my fellow bloggers to it since we’re always exchanging information and we all left. My friends and I all noticed that our Alexa rankings went down and that we started earning less with Adsense. The click rate was pretty consistent with the other monetization programs I use yet Infolinks paid only pennies. When I finally got a hold of someone in their office and told them about this, they had the nerve to say that my blog has a low click through ratio. They literally pay pennies for each click and you’re lucky if you make the minimum to get paid every other month– try about once every 6 months. $50 in 6 months- that’s ridiculous!

Now here’s how they try to SCAM you. After you tell them that you’re going to drop their ads, they offer you about a 2 week free trial where they don’t take commission. So I tried it out and guess what my rates increased dramatically for a few weeks, but then went down again. I finally just said enough and ditched them. It’s the best thing I did.You also have to chase them for your money. I never have to chase Adsense for my money and they have millions of publishers in their network. See, what they do is give you a VERY SMALL percentage of the revenue and keep the rest, that’s why they will BEG you to stay with them because without our blogs, they won’t be able to make anything.

Also, once I left Infolinks, I noticed that my Adsense earnings started to increase and my Alexa rank went back up.

        INFOLINKS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have visited other blogs that state the same.

    • myk

wow thanks for this info, adsense is way better than all ads.

    • tracy

infolinks is better alternative of adsense.

    • Blog Buzz

Thanks for this list of In-Text Advertising Programs

    • ORchid

Infolink is worst paid. I got just USD 12 for my 900 clicks.

    • Ipod Touch 4

Link ads gets max clicks , compared to Adsense , but eCPM is low , since all clicks dont convert . Its like 1.1 $ eCPM compared to 3.5 eCPM of Adsense

    • Priyanka

Which to use and which not .. m confused!!!

      • Ipod Touch 4

Personally i would say , if your site’s page views is less then 5K per day and that to not from US or UK , dont waste your time in intext advertisement. TRy adsenese . It has latge no of advertisers from all over the world

    • Customer Care Rep

Do people really click on link ads? I am interested but I am just not sure if these kinds of ad work.

    • chandan

My most favorite site is text link ads, well my application till not accepted by text link ads, but listen that it is the best text link advertising network.

    • Jonathan Cohen

      Hi S.Pradeep,

My name Jonathan and I’m the Community Manager at Kontera. Thanks for including us on your extensive list of In-Text advertising. As the leading In-Text ad network, with over 15,000 U.S. publishers and 140 million unique users per month, Kontera has a great deal to offer publishers of all shapes and sizes.

The reason Kontera is effective for so many different people is our Synapse Engine, an algorithm that rather than just scanning for keywords like other networks do, it can actually read your webpages for meaning. This advanced ability of Topical Targeting is how we provide the most relevant results for your ads, leading to higher CTR and better CPC.

Another advantage that Kontera offers it’s publishers is our exclusive ad inventory from such brand names as Microsoft, Chips Ahoy!, L’Oreal, HP, National Geographic, Kmart, Domino’s Pizza, and more. These premium, often Rich-Media ads are the most attractive to site visitors, offer the best possible CPC, and can only be found through the Kontera Network.

For any of the Hellbound Bloggers who would like to join us on the Kontera Network, we’re currently offering a 70% revenue share, which is the best rate in the industry. We’re also offering publishers a $50 bonus if they get at least 25,000 U.S. page views during their first thirty days on the network. In addition, we recently lowered our minimum payout threshold from $100 to $50, as S.Pradeep mentioned, meaning now Publishers are seeing their revenue as soon as in half the time.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions about Kontera.

    • Kyle

LMAO, how is Intopic and Sintex above Adbrite? Actually, how are they on here at all? They are garbage services and not a company I would get involved with. Look at www.intopicmedia.org and you will see why.

    • Ipod Touch 4

i would say , stick to one or two , then move on to try the best . I am now getting good eCPM with Infolinks after having a chat with their support . Its less , but still better than having nothing like .30 4 eCPM

    • Blogger Templates

My vote is for the infolinks.

    • inlux

We pride ourselves in our great product, top notch support and the fact that we guarantee the highest paying revenue share in the industry. As some of your readers mentioned, you can use Infolinks alongside another ad network, for example, Adsense. Also Infolinks does in fact pay for international traffic. If any of your readers would like more information I encourage them to contact us. Regards.

    • Lakhyajyoti

    • Anish K.S @ Technics Today.com

Its a good list. from the list currently me using infolinks. i am very much satisfied with the same. i have a premium account at infolinks. the major problem with infolinks is they are not giving a good ecpm. mine is below .5. they are very decent in paying and other. you can use infolinks with adsense. no problem.

Pradeep you can add two more ad networks to the list.

      1, Affinity
2, Echotopic ( Its from Tribal Fusion and get an account is not easy).

    • Jailbreak Iphone 4
