AT&T Inc., the largest provider of local and long distance telephone services in the U.S. plans to acquire German mobile telephone provider, T-Mobile. They reached this agreement on 20th March for whopping $39 billion in cash and stock. T-Mobile operates several GSM networks in Europe and the United States.
