  5. why should we consider all these pages..like privacy policy, comment policy any reasons behind it??

    • @sureshpeters – I have stated the importance behind every page. Let me give you an example… lets say a customer needs to contact you regarding a proposal. However, you do not have a contact page nor is your comment section working… here you tend to lose a potential opportunity.

    I’ve set up a guest post page recently, you can add that to the list too. Hope I’ll get some guest posts soon.. 🙂

      @Prasanth Adding the comment policy can be added to the privacy policy as long ur only talking about the privacy of the readers. However, when you start saying about how you handle comments I don;t think that it would be the right place.

  12. @Claudia Thanks for your comments. Had a look at your site. Nice.

    @Andreas@Linknami – Yes that is a good suggestion, However a back end site map is more than enough for search engines. If you are using a HTML site-map that is good only for your readers to know where your content is present. From my experience and experiments I’ve learned that an Archive page is more helpful than a site-map HTML page. That;’s why you will find the archive page here and not the sitemap page. Hope this helps.

    @ashwin Thanks for your comments.

  13. I have one more important page to add: A sitemap.
    A sitemap ensures that search engines can find and index all pages of your site, otherwise several pages may be even forgotten.
