It is also important to remember that you need to show them why they need your products. They are not already convinced, as your repeat customers are. You have to show them how the products are useful and valuable. This could include telling them about things that they may not have thought of on their own. You have to show them that they have a need in their life, even if they didn’t realize it, and how your products can fulfill it.
Finally, it is important to directly compete with other companies in the business. These people may be buying similar products from these sources. You need to show how yours are better than the competition, how they are more desirable or how they simply cost less for the same results. This can lure those people away from the direct competition.
