I never knew this feature existed! Thanks anyway.
This is a must use option. there are lots of things that we dont want to share with every body around the world.
Thanks for showing it.
I didn't know that we can do this. Thanks for the great tip!
This is important if someone want to keep his Facebook profile completely private. But my FB profile is public and can be viewed in search engines. Cause I don't want to make it private
Great work Priyanka
This is one of the best directions to change their privacy option on here.
Nice find. It will be indeed quite useful if one intends to hide from the public search.
Nice! I've done this for Google plus, but didn't know it was possible for Fb as well.
Thanks for the very clear instruction this can be very helpful to those who want to protect their privacy.
How long does it take to remove it from the search engine. I just disabled the setting but when I search it still shows?
Just few hours Amy.
I did this a while ago. I think keeping your worlds separate, so to speak, is a healthy thing. If I want someone to know about me on Facebook I will either tell them where they can find me or I'll go looking for them, but on Facebook, not through a search engine.
After removing it from Google, can we bring it back?
Yes, you can.
should we reverse the process to bring it back?
Yes, you can make the changes into default.
