Does buffer work in other browsers? (Specifically I’m curious about Safari.)
Also, can you use Buffer to schedule tweets that are not intended to just tweet articles and such from the web? (i.e.: original content tweets.) I know Tweetdeck can do both, but if Buffer can do both, it does look a bit easier.
Yes, Buffer can be used in other browsers and it is also capable of initializing desired tweets.

This sound slike it offers the same features as TweetDeck or HootSuite. You can scheudle tweets there for free as well. Is Buffer better for any reason?
