According to India, the prices will always be high. We may do one thing…Design our own T-Shirts and then get it printed by some store at a low rate…I do it many times..

sen you are right , i tried it already, as a student i haev to get money from my parents, the one tshirt cost is 250rs, and the negative things is it can print only in A4 size, but i made designs mostly all over or above the size , you can check out my blog for tshirt designs using fonts. after getting good salary from office and blog, i have an idea to tshirt campaign .
