We Are Having A New Comments Policy From Now Onwards!

Finally I introduced Comments Policy in HellBound Bloggers. Don’t worry it is just a formal Comments Policy which tells you what to do and what not to do during a blog’s conversation.
You can see this line “By commenting in this blog, you agree to abide by the Comments Policy of this blog.” above every comment form present here.
I know many of my beloved readers are experienced probloggers and good commentators, I don’t need to teach them how to comment ! 
But this Comments Policy is mainly introduced for the newbies and for the protection of this blog.
A Comment Policy can really protect a blog. If you feel uneasy with a comment and you deleted it, you can show your blog’s comment policy and tell the commentator that you violated the rules if he/she gets offended.
Comments Policy – Responsibility Statement
Below are some of the main topics and points I mentioned in this blog’s Comments Policy. These key topics and points are essential for every blog’s Comment Policy.
- Moderating Comments
- If you comment first time in this blog, your comment will be moderated. Well known rule.
- Adieu Spammers and Advertisers
- Any comments regarding ads and spam will be killed.
- Language and Racism
- Avoid harsh language and racist comments.
- Linking To Your Blog And Others
- I don’t mind using links in comment if it is relevant to the topic and comments
- Signature In Comments
- I don’t discourage or encourage leaving signatures in comments.
- Subscribing To Comments Via E-mail
- If you want to sign up for comments, leave a tick mark near to the “Notify me of follow up comments via e-mail” before submitting your comment.
- Comments May Be Edited
- I have some reasonable rights for editing or deleting comments whenever I feel it is necessary.
As a blog owner, you and I have the rights to edit, delete, censor and prevent comments !

It is appreciated that you have made your Comments policy very clear. It will stop people from spamming and also take undue advantage of this comments section. I think I should place a similar Comment policy on my blog too.

although your policy is clear, I don’t know if many would actually abide by all the guidelines outlined. You will still get spam and the odd comment here that you will delete, but I guess you have made your intentions clear from the start.
On another note, maybe think about installing CommentLuv plugin. This help your blog as well as your commentators. Just my opinion.
George, I introduced this Comment Policy for protecting my Blog and for warning Newbies !
And, of course, Comment Luv is a excellent plugin and my forthcoming article will be related to it.
But, I already tried using Comment Luv plugin in my blog and found some problem with it, the threaded comments are not working properly for me. I’m trying my level best for customizing it, hope it will not be so long !

yes you are correct. for me spammers came 4-8 spam comments frequently.
Comments Policy is a must if you ask me, it helped me a lot !
Yeah it is good to have policy on comments or else one would find all kinds of ads useless material,promotion messages cluttering up your place.It would also be irritating for genuine people to reply on one’s blogs as it would appear as “overused” by spammers.Remember last time you got irritated with those spam mails in your mailbox? this works the same way !!
