Written by Pradeep Kumar in Websites - Print This Post
DNSstuff is one of the useful sites I ever visited in this year. I came to know about several new terms and stuffs related to Domains and Servers. DNSstuff offers DNS tools, Network tools, DNS reporting and IP information gathering. Explore DNS products and free DNS tools at DNSstuff.
DNSstuff helps you to configure, monitor and fix problems with your domain and email. Their tools and alerts provide insight into your domain.
You can freely check your domain’s health by entering your domain name. The format should be like this hellboundbloggers.com and not as http://hellboundbloggers.com/ or www.hellboundbloggers.com
You can, not only check your Domain’s health, but also many stuffs. DNSstuff offers many free tool sets. I picked some of the worthy tools for your reference.

Checking the health of HellBound Bloggers
1. WHOIS/IPWHOIS Lookup :
WHOIS will give you the contact information for a domain. Where he/she hosted. When the domain name was registered and when it is going to expire. You can also find their contact number and address.
2. IP Information :
This tool will show just about as much information as we can find out about an IP address, including the location, reverse DNS, ASN, etc. This is one of the cool tools of the DNDstuff mostly.
3. Traceroute :
Tracert (also called traceroute) will trace the route that packets take from one destination to another destination. This tool here will trace the route that a packet takes from our web server to the destination that you enter, that is either a host name, such as www.example.com, or an IP address.
4. CSE HTML Validator :
This tool will check a website to make sure that the HTML code is set up properly and will see if any errors or warnings are detected. It displays the error and warned HTML codes.
5. What does a website know about you?
This tool will find out as much information about your operating system and browser based on information gained from the browser itself and test packets.
6. Free E-mail Lookup :
This tool will check to see if an E-mail address is on a known free E-mail domain, such as hotmail.com. This can help you determine whether or not an E-mail address is someone’s primary E-mail address. It just checks the domain, so you can either enter the E-mail address (‘user@xyz.com’) or the domain (‘xyz.com’), and you will get the same results.
7. URL DEOBFUSCATOR :
Have you ever seen a weird URL like http://www.xyz.com@2894358094%fd7? You think that the spammer was sending you to www.xyz.com, but he/she isn’t ! This one is really going to an IP address indeed. The URL deobfuscator will turn those URLs into human-readable ones i.e., real ones.
There are many other tools which help you in many aspects. So don’t forget to check the free tools provided by DNSstuff.
