1. Go to Blogger Dashboard.
2. Then go to Layout | Edit HTML
Now search for this code in your template.

And replace it with the following code.
<!– Start of Changing the Post Title Tag –>

<title><data:blog.pagename/></title>

<title><data:blog.pagetitle/</title>
</b:if>

That’s all, now preview your template to see the changes, if the post title is not displaying in that manner, make sure you done all these code changes properly.
After that, save your template and enjoy the benefits of SEO.

How exactly does this help with Seo?
When you search Google for some stuffs and your blog is present in the search results. Then the Title of the result will be of the form Blog Title + Post Title. This won’t attract readers much.
But if it is in the form Post Title + Blog Title then it attracts more readers and increases your visitors count. This will help you to optimize the blog title for Search Engines.

That is just a tip of the ice berg…..only changing the title wont do the "magic"….but u need to change it…and even change the title written in the header banner…

Meta description are more important than meta keywords as meta keywords are not considered by many search engines like google.
