Yahoo! Briefcase is an online storage service which offers 25 MB of free space to registered Yahoo users. Lets you share files with other Yahoo users. Yahoo! facing a hard time, earlier Yahoo! CEO Jerry Yang stepped down.
It is going to be closed on 30th March, 2009.The use of Yahoo! Briefcase has been fallen.

It has a strange welcome notice now-a-days which says: ‘You must download or delete your files by March 30, 2009. After this date, you will not be able to access your Yahoo! Briefcase account and your files will be deleted.’
It ruled the Internet World for almost ten years. Other services, such as Yahoo Mail and Flickr, offer far greater storage capacity, and the use of Briefcase has fallen in recent years. Yahoo is discontinuing Briefcase because users outgrew it, Yahoo said in a statement.
This will now help it to focus on services that are more widely used, according to Yahoo.
